Our doctors of physical therapy and certified strength and conditioning specialists (NSCA) blend clinical expertise with performance-driven training. Our certified personal trainers bring over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of proper lifting mechanics to every session. They focus on teaching safe, effective movement patterns that build real strength and durability. With roots in Steamboat's active mountain community, they know exactly how to train for life on the slopes, trails, and beyond—so you can stay strong, move well, and enjoy every season injury-free.

Group Training Classes

Build real strength and confidence with lifting in a supportive, small-group setting. This class is designed for Steamboat locals who want to move better, stay injury-free, and perform their best on the slopes, trails, and in everyday life. With only four participants per session, you'll get the attention of personal training with the energy of a group.

6 week program starting end of October Tuesday and Thursdays @ 11:30 - 12:30

Cost for 6 week program: $480 for 12 classes ($40 / class)

Guided Open Gym

The Open Gym provides access to our brand new cardio and strength training equipment for up to a 90 minute workout. This open gym can be used for independent training or clients can follow a 3 month program designed by doctors of physical therapy and personal trainers. The program includes 3 whole body workouts per week with suggested workouts written on the mirror for clients to follow.
