Professional Philosophy
I've been personal training since 2014, and as an aging female athlete involved in high-risk sports, I've learned the power of strength, resilience, and recovery firsthand. As a competitive water skier, I became the first female in Colorado to qualify for Masters and set a record for the Mountain Division—an achievement that reflects years of dedication both in and out of the gym.
My journey has included working closely with Kinetic physical therapists and putting in countless hours of rehab, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to come back stronger after injury. I know how hard the process can be—and how good it feels to move well again. I believe that mental health, mobility, and strength go hand in hand.
My passion lies in helping others feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies—no matter their age or starting point. When I'm not coaching or training, you'll find me out on the water, snow skiing, mountain biking, or riding my motorcycle—always chasing movement and adventure.
