Professional Philosophy

My approach to rehab is centered around meeting each client where they are and working collaboratively to create an effective, individualized plan that gets them from their current state to their goals. I use hands-on techniques to reduce symptoms early on, but progress quickly to loading and movement-based strategies that prepare clients for the real demands of their sport or lifestyle. Communication is key—I stay in close contact to make ongoing adjustments that ensure the plan remains aligned with each person's needs. This isn't passive rehab with 12 weeks on a table and a theraband. It's active, adaptive, and built for real results. I take a fitness-forward approach to rehabilitation. I specialize in helping individuals safely return to the activities they love, including CrossFit, strength training, mountain sports, field sports, and ice hockey. My clinical expertise includes ACL rehabilitation, tendinopathy, and acute sports injury management. I am originally from the Washington, D.C. area, but have called Colorado home since 2020. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, and paddleboarding—embracing the mountain lifestyle I often encourage in my clients.
