Available Group Classes

Functional strength and conditioning group class:
  • Focused on building foundational strength and improving quality of complex movements. Perfectly compliments active individuals participating in skiing, running, biking, etc. as well as individuals looking to get back into shape.
  • Instructed by a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mackenzie Kowalick DPT, CSCS.
Preseason Ski Program group class:
  • This is a 10 week program consisting of 60 minute sessions 2 times per week. Sessions incorporate a variety of stability, strength, power, and endurance training programmed to prepare you for ski season.
  • Instructed by two Physical Therapists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Alek Kowalick DPT, CSCS & Mackenzie Kowalick DPT, CSCS.
