The initial evaluation will take one hour; please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the appropriate paper work. Follow up visits last from 30-90 minutes.

Clothing that will allow the physical therapist to view the effected area is appropriate. You may arrive dressed or change into loose fitting pants/shirt for low back injury, shorts for lower extremity injuries, or tank top for neck and shoulder injuries. We have clothing available if needed.
