In order to help people manage certain conditions and prevent injury, we have developed the following classes. These classes are NOT designed as a substitute for physical therapy. If you are considering one of these classes to manage a painful condition and have not seen a physical therapist, we suggest you consult with one of our therapists.

Back Classes
CoreFlex Monday & Wednesday 4:30
This class offers a balanced combination of core training and flexibility promoting stability from with-in and mobility to put it all together. This is an all levels class with individualized attention made possible by the small class sizes.

Healthy Knees Forever TBA
This is a combination core training and leg strengthening with flexibility class to help promote a healthy balance and pain free knees. It is an all levels class with individualized attention made possible by the small class sizes.

Advanced ACL Training TBA
Re-gain strength, agility, ower, and confidence to tackle your personal goals. Return to your sport better than ever! Designed by our physical therapists to fit your post operative stage 3-4 months and beyond your surgical date. Individual screen prior to start required by our physical therapists. Taught by Mike McCannon CPT.

Yoga Classes
Restorative Yoga Tuesday 10 & Thursday 9AM
Restorative Yoga uses a balanced series of postures, breath work and meditation. This class provides many therapeutic benefits for all systems of the body. The postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues, allowing you to maintain and restore joint flexibility. This class is designed for every level and ability, excellent for beginners and those needing to modify their practice according to physical limitations.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Tuesday 8:30
If you have tried Yoga before and felt it was too slow, Vinyasa Flow is the Yoga for you! Guaranteed to make you sweat, Vinyasa Flow connects movement with breath in a sequence of postures that increase strength and flexibility, as well as mental clarity. This class will include postures sure to make you feel the work in your muscles the next day!
