Education and Certifications:
Casey received his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies in 2010 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012, both from Ithaca College in upstate New York. He initially worked with a diversity of orthopedic and neurological patients as a traveling physical therapist in Minnesota, Oregon, Vermont, and Colorado. Most recently he worked in Grand Junction as a physical therapy manager and spearheaded process changes and a clinical outcomes study for patients following joint replacements. Casey is certified in Functional Dry Needling addressing both trigger point muscle dysfunction and radicular symptoms from the lumbar and cervical spine. He is pursuing further credentials as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist and in manual therapy.
Casey's love of the outdoors began at a young age as he grew up in rural Vermont. The son of two naturalists, Casey spent his childhood camping with his parents throughout North America. He enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, snowboarding and cross-country skiing with his fiancé Becky in his free time.
